Google SketchUp is a free 3-D modeling program for both Windows and Mac that you can use to design models of anything you desire, such as a building, a new piece of furniture for your home, or a fantasy spaceship. When you design a model in SketchUp, it appears in lower resolution than the final image will be at output. This saves processing power. To see your model as a high-resolution photo-realistic image, you will need to render it. SketchUp can’t render objects on its own, so you’ll need to download and install a rendering plugin.

Export complete scenes from V-Ray 3.x for SketchUp and render with other V-Ray 3.4 (or higher) applications. Now in V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp, import and render V-Ray Scene (.vrscene) files from 3ds Max, Rhino and Revit.
